  • FREE SHIPPING

    Any orders placed will be shipped either from one of our three main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida, and/or from our smaller warehouses, which are located across the country. All tire orders are shipped with FedEx ground or home delivery. Shipping is FREE to the 48 contiguous states. Buyers who are not in the (contiguous) 48 states (APO, FPO, HI, AK, PR) are responsible for ALL shipping charges. FedEx is only able to deliver to confirmed residential or business street addresses. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box and require a physical address for delivery.

  • All orders placed before 1PM EST will be shipped out the SAME DAY

    Tire orders placed before 1pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship out the following business day. FedEx does not pick up orders on weekends and national holidays. All orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and on national US holidays will be shipped on the first following business day. Shipping delivery times can be impacted by weather.

  • Shipping Timetables

    The average time of delivery depends on the customer’s location in the 48 contiguous states. It ranges between 1-6 business days. Residential deliveries will be attempted Tuesday to Saturday, while deliveries to business addresses will be attempted Monday to Friday. Delivery date can be impacted by weather conditions and holidays. We only offer FedEx Ground. We do not offer expedited shipping on tires.

  • Cancellation Request Policy

    In order to provide fast delivery all orders are fulfilled immediately after they are placed. In most cases orders are fulfilled within minutes after payment is received and verified. Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to fulfill a cancellation request prior to tire(s) being shipped. In case if we are not able stop the shipment on time, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and fees if they still wish to cancel and return the order. We will issue a full refund once the order is returned back to our location.

  • Shipping and Damage Claims

    DO NOT unpack the tire(s). Keep original label and packaging. We will arrange for a free return of damaged or incorrect tire(s). We will report the damage to the shipper. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged or incorrect merchandise and return to us. A full refund will be processed or exchange shipped at no additional cost to the buyer.

  • Delivery and Signature Requirement

    Orders under a $2500 value will be shipped with “no signature requirement upon delivery” and they will be delivered at the discretion of FedEx delivery personnel. Orders above $2500 will require signature at the time of delivery. We are only able to ship to the billing address of the Credit Card or the confirmed address registered with PayPal.

  • Delivery Address Policy

    We always suggest using matching Billing and Shipping addresses for a safe and streamlined transaction. We do accept to process Orders in circumstances where you have separate Billing and Shipping addresses, especially in practical situations (like for example if your Billing address is a PO Box). All Orders, however, are subject to a final review before being shipped to ensure that no fraudulent activity occurs. To that end we reserve the right to cancel any Order where the address or other information within the Order is problematic or unusual.

  • Sales Tax for Orders

    Due to the new regulations relating to the sales tax Nexus laws, all orders may be subject to sales tax, even if the purchase of the tire(s) is conducted online.

  • Track your order

    We provide tracking numbers for all orders. We e-mail tracking numbers to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. If you did not receive the tracking information for your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

    Local Pickup

    Pick up your order at one of our three main warehouses! Simply contact our customer service team at least an hour before coming. This is to reserve the tires and pay for them, as we do not accept payments at our warehouses.

Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has been shipped.  Additionally, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
